Accounting and Bookkeeping Packages:

Copper: Year-end Financial Statements and Corporate Tax Preparation Package
  • Preparation of year-end financial statements with notes
  • Preparation and efiling of corporate tax return
  • Completion of deliverables above within 2 months of the fiscal year-end
  • Bundled pricing for financial statements and corporate tax return starting at $1,200.
  • Only corporate tax return preparation and filing $500.
  • Pricing for bundled pricing dependant on initial needs assessment.
Bronze: Basic Bookkeeping Package. Either Monthly or Quarterly Frequency
  • Monthly or quarterly bookkeeping data entry into Sage or Quickbooks accounting software
  • Monthly or quarterly bank and credit card statement reconciliation
  • Preparation and filing of GST & PST tax returns
  • Monthly or quarterly balance sheet and income statement reports
  • Provision of online system for business owner to have updated access to financial information when needed
  • Completion of deliverables above by not later than the 21st of the month following
  • Pricing starting at $300 per month or $800 per quarter.
  • Pricing dependent upon initial needs assessment of existing accounting system.

Silver: Management Accountant Level
  • Includes all deliverables from Bronze package
  • Income Statement forecasting for the current year and the next year
  • Month over month comparable income statements
  • Year over year comparable income statements

  • Divisional reporting
  • Customer & client profitability analysis

Accounting Software System Implementation Package:

  1. Based on accounting needs assessment
  2. Includes initial user training of up to 8 hours
  3. Includes full set-up of system on business computer or server
  4. Chart of Accounts appropriate to industry
  5. Vendor and customer lists entered into new system
  6. Products and services lists entered into new system
  7. Pricing based on $90/hr, time required determined along with scope before project start

Set-up of accounting system for owner managed accounting system -$250 for one time
on site review of accounting system needs and processes, cost of software not included.

Consulting will be available on a project by project basis and will be determined through
a scope assessment and agreed upon hours will be determined before project starts.

Consulting will be provided on an hourly basis at $150 per hour.

Note: Bookkeeping functions may be subcontracted in some cases to a fully qualified Canadian based bookkeeper.
All subcontractors are subject to a non-disclosure and non-compete agreement as well as strict adherence
to Accounting Intelligence Plus privacy and security policies.

Accounting Intelligence Plus will always be 100% responsible for the final product.
